Platinum Package

Our Platinum package is aimed at our clients requiring a turnkey solution throughout the year. We will liaise with you or if you prefer your personal assistant/existing staff as necessary to look after everything from the regular management of your home and grounds to fully project managing building or refurbishment projects – in effect bringing professional facilities management services into your home.

There are many benefits from entrusting your property to a professional company like Point2Point. As well as the obvious attraction of having a professional service to look after your property there are other issues that need to be considered when vacating a home for long periods such as enhanced security, general maintenance and upkeep. With our Platinum package we can manage your home throughout the year leaving you free to reside where you desire.

Our Platinum package is equally appropriate for multi-occupied premises and is offered to property owners or occupiers and includes the complete management of apartment blocks, the administration of management companies and management of portfolios of rental property. As part of our complete management services we undertake contractor and supplier selection and project management of refurbishment works as required along with routine servicing and maintenance.

 

Bronze, Silver & Gold Packages

Our role is to look after and protect a client’s home and manage the diverse range of tasks that entails. We will design a package to exactly meet your needs. Through our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages we can undertake regular and recorded visits to your property to check its security and integrity. This will ensure that existing insurance policies remain valid. Typical packages are:

A Bronze package will be for a minimum period of two weeks and will include a weekly visit to the property to undertake a complete internal and external security check, uplift of post and the immediate notification of any issues found.

A Silver package will be for a minimum of three weeks and will also benefit from more frequent visits, garden maintenance, emptying of dustbins, heating control in adverse weather conditions, organising any repairs that may be required to maintain your property (up to an agreed limit), and the heating/airing or your property prior to your return.

Our Gold package can be for a set period or as an ongoing arrangement so that we will step in with only a moment’s notice. Gold includes all the above and in addition we will accept deliveries on your behalf, supervise any works that may be progressing, arrange airport transfers, and even re-stock your fridge for your return.

We offer total flexibility for both private and commercial clients. From private home owners who perhaps are unable to sell their property and are waiting for a buyer to landlords with empty properties Point 2 Point will ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard. We can also liaise with estate agents when viewings are requested.
