I cannot thank Nic and Kath enough for their help at a most difficult time. I gave them less than 24 hours notice to look after two properties for me when a family emergency took me away from the island. Their efficiency and attention to detail gave me total confidence that my homes were in safe hands. When the volcanic ash delayed my journey home they took on the task of arranging my move from one house to the other, in order to allow a pre arranged sale to complete on time. They liaised with estate agents, removers, advocates and utility companies, completed my packing, arranged the cleaning of both properties, moved my vehicles, were present throughout the move and made sure I came home to a liveable home, They went as far as putting food in my fridge, and they even met me at the airport and took me back home.
